About Art Instructors
Marta & Matt Gwizdala are a married couple who love doing many hobbies together. Since they’ve never spent even a single day apart, they also love creating art side by side—and now they want to share that happiness with YOU.
Marta has experience as an art instructor for small DIY projects and texture art that connects closely to her own professional artwork (she is a professional artist who also sells her art too). Meanwhile, Matt has been painting miniatures for board games both as a hobby and professionally for 14 years, and he would love to teach you too. They both take their role as instructors very seriously—teaching with patience and care for every individual—while also making the experience fun with lighthearted conversation, helpful art tips, and a focus on making sure you leave satisfied with your class. Their goal is to give you their full attention and create a memorable, enjoyable experience.
Marta & Matt can travel to vendor events (such as bars, restaurants, etc.) for Sip & Paint sessions, or they can also visit your home for private events (birthdays, weddings). They can even create live paintings of their original artwork just to entertain your guests. Marta speaks Polish and English, while Matt speaks Polish, English, and Spanish —giving you more options for your class.
