Shipping, Delivery and Handling

  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-12 business days.

  2. Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping within the USA only (not all areas are included). If you are in a state not covered by our shipping or from a different country and would like to purchase a specific item, please contact us via email. Specific policies, including shipping costs and insurance, are discussed before sending the art as the weight of the art varies. The customer is responsible for paying any shipping, customs or import duties at their expense.

  3. Merchandise shipping: All merchandise, like bags, notebooks and pillows (not including cards, those are possible to send very quickly if they are in stock) are made to order with a production time ranging from 14 to 30 business days. Once production is complete, we ship your order as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed with regular updates throughout the process, including when your order is ready to ship. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

  4. Merchandise Order and Production Policy: All of our bags, pillows and notebooks are printed on demand in Montreal, Canada. We do not keep items in stock; instead, products are ordered and produced based on demand. Typically, we place orders for production on the last Friday of each month. Please note that the production process can take longer than anticipated, and delays may occur that are beyond our control. For example, if you place an order on May 1st, your product will be included in the production order placed at the end of May. You should expect a shipping timeframe of 14-30 business days from the end of May. For faster delivery, we recommend placing your order just before the last Friday of the month to ensure your item is included in the upcoming production cycle. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

  5. Payment for Art Delivery: It is not possible to deliver art or commission art without full payment received in advance. This policy ensures that all transactions are completed before any product is dispatched or commissioned.

  6. Shipping Fees: Shipping and delivery fees will be deducted from a separate invoice issued via PayPal or Venmo. The final shipping cost will be determined once the address is provided, as products and art must be weighed individually. The shipping fee will be confirmed after getting a quote with our courier service. Clients are responsible for paying the shipping fee once it has been calculated. Clients can choose the delivery service based on the provided fee information, such as FedEx/UPS or delivery in-person.

  7. Local Delivery: For art shipping within Wisconsin and Illinois, for up to a 3-hour drive, the delivery fee is $0.40 per mile. All products require full payment before delivery or commission work begins.

  8. Large Art Delivery: For artwork larger than 40 inches on one side, special shipping in a crate may be required. This shipping cost must be calculated separately. If you wish to purchase such a piece, please contact us via email.

  9. Tax Fee: A tax fee will be added during the payment process and is not included in the listed price.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Return Policy for Non-commissioned items: Exchanges are not offered. If you are not satisfied with a non-commissioned item that you have purchased on the website, you can return it within 14 business days from the time of purchase. The item must not be destroyed or damaged in any way. If the item is destroyed, damaged, or lost by the delivery service, a claim needs to be submitted to the insurance purchased with courier at the time of shipping. If the art is damaged by the customer, a refund will not be provided. We often record videos of the packaging process. We often require the purchase of delivery insurance for more costly items in the event that the art or product is damaged during shipping. For commissioned items, 50% of the payment is non-refundable, even if the client does not like the final product. Clients have three opportunities to request changes during the art creation process. If the client approves the final version, it is not possible to return the art later.

  2. Return Policy for Commissioned items: We do not refund the advance payment for a commissioned item. Customers have three opportunities to request changes during the art creation process. The customer must give written approval of the commissioned item prior to shipping or delivery of the item. We strive to accurately represent, in good faith, the final state of a commissioned item prior to shipping. If the customer is declines to approve the commissioned item, the advance payment will not be refunded, and the commissioned item will not be shipped to the customer. We reserve the right to keep the commissioned item and sell it as a non-commissioned item to another customer. If the customer approves the final version of a commissioned item, a refund of said item will not be allowed. We often record videos of the packaging process. We often require the purchase of delivery insurance for more costly items in the event that the art or product is damaged during shipping.
